We are starting 2026 with a milestone we are especially proud of: DIGITALL has been honored as Employer of the Year 2026 in the IT Consulting category in Germany.
This recognition is given by DEUTSCHLAND TEST, one of Germany’s most established and widely recognized evaluation platforms, operated by the business magazine Focus Money. The ranking is based on an independent study conducted by ServiceValue, a leading German research and ranking institute specializing in customer, employer, and brand excellence.
The Employer of the Year 2026 study assessed around 16,000 companies across multiple industries in Germany. Several million data sources were analyzed across four key dimensions: training opportunities, future-proof jobs, career prospects, and fairness in the workplace.
Each company received a score in these four areas, which formed the foundation of the final evaluation. The overall result was calculated on an industry-specific scale from 0 to 100 points, with the top-performing company in each industry setting the benchmark at 100. Only organizations demonstrating consistently strong performance across all dimensions were included in the final ranking.
With a score of 86.4 out of 100 points, we rank among Germany’s top employers in IT consulting. This result reflects our ongoing commitment to building an environment where people can grow, contribute, and do meaningful work, while feeling valued for who they are and what they bring.
