Key responsibility

  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual language of design system across all platforms
  • Support the visual design theme evolution of the Web Design System Language
  • Work closely with peers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate the design system into the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the design system and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

  • Possess a proven track record in designing elements of a design language such as color, typography, illustration, iconography, spacing & layout, and more
  • Can demonstrate visually compelling, innovative, and effective designs specifically for large enterprise software applications
  • Have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in creating and managing themes and design tokens
  • Possess a proven track record of developing intuitive interaction designs for large enterprise software applications
  • Are experienced in leading design projects from concept to high-quality outcome to achieve visual design goals and experience in mentoring young talents
  • Have a structured and independent working style with a passion for accuracy and a positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude
  • Bachelor or masters degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in leading visual design projects for enterprise software ideally in a global environment
  • A stunning design portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions
  • Proven experience and proficiency with tools, such as Figma and Adobe Suite
  • Experience and motivation to work in a diverse and global organization
  • A good understanding of design token architecture is a plus
  • Very good English skills, Bulgarian skills are beneficial
