Evaluating application requirements and design documents, and working closely with Product Owners, Systems Engineers and Architects to contribute to the Testing strategy for projects.
Creating, reviewing, scheduling and executing both manual and automation functional tests on given product.
Reporting, researching, validating, assigning and tracking complex defects with consistent high quality.
Creating and updating all sort of documentation related with the quality assurance and testing functions.
Documenting and communicating the removal of different sort of issues, defects, or uncertainties, related with the Software product under development, as well in the procedures and the processes employed for software application delivery.
Guiding and supporting the fellow colleagues in their daily work, as well share experience with them.
Communicating testing progress on a timely manner to all relevant stakeholders including on-site and offshore team members.
Tracking the new/ updated requirements in the project and modifying testing artifacts accordingly.
Proactively contributing in retrospectives and defect escape analysis.
Technical skills:
Experience with testing web applications, web services
Strong knowledge of UI and API automation testing
Experience with version control systems (Git is preferable)
Basic SQL knowledge
Good command of at least one programming language .NET, Typescript or other
Hands-on experience with bug-tracking systems (Jira, TFS or others)
Work experience with Jenkins or similar CI tool
Expertise in working with and building frameworks for test automation (Playwright, Junit/TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, Cypress)
