Just days after being named among the top performers in the study “Germany’s Most Preferred IT Consultants 2026,” DIGITALL has already earned another recognition: 4th place in the IT consulting category of the “Excellent Customer Consulting 2026” study, conducted by ServiceValue in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST. This is the second consecutive time that DIGITALL has been included in the list of Germany’s top IT consultancies.
With 97.1 out of 100 points, we achieved an outstanding 4th place and so continue our clear upward trend. The study is based on around 1.2 million mentions of approximately 17,000 companies and brands that showed strong performance in their sector during the survey period from January 2024 to December 2025. Key areas of focus were outstanding customer consulting, customer satisfaction, credibility and trust.
