Description of the role

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific tasks and activities assigned by the Company and Sales Leadership by ensuring consistency with the company strategy, commitments and goals. Focus on sales excellence, process and reports.

Responsibilities include:

  • Controls the business and sales performance by monitoring the results on a regular basis;
  • Creates monthly reports on business performance
  • Creates reports on demand and on regular basis;
  • Coordinates the preparation and accuracy of the companys sales pipeline;
  • Participates in regular companys regular forecast meetings
  • Customizes and supports the Sales CRM as product owner, so it is aligned with the business needs
  • Provides consulting in business development, pre-sales planning, project pricing, bid review, and presentation of sales proposals
  • Supports the planning, organizing, controlling, integration of company and sales
  • Escalates risks and implements risk management strategies
  • Follows and implements best practices
  • Supports the creation and implementation of the companys business strategy through support of key business processes and implementation and/or administration of new tools

 

Needed qualifications

  • To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each above mentioned duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required for the job.
  • The job holder should possess a University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics, Business Administration Marketing, Computer Systems, Informatics, Engineering or Mathematics, or to be a student in the above mentioned disciplines or have previous business experience in roles such as Sales Operations, Business Management, Account Management in the field of Information and Communication Technology
  • Fluency in English and German
