Overview:

Were looking for a skilled and proactive Quality Assurance Tester to support AI generator testing. Youll ensure all deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and deadlines. The role requires hands-on expertise with LLM, strong analytical skills, experience in QA processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute system, functional and UAT test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Validate business requirements and ensure test coverage through requirement-to-test mapping.
  • Identify test cases suitable for automation and maintain related documentation.
  • Perform data migration and reconciliation testing between systems.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery.
  • Track and manage defects; provide detailed test progress and status reports.
  • Contribute to process improvement and mentor junior team members on QA best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA, testing, or software development.
  • Strong background in financial technology, banking systems, and trading applications.
  • Experience in testing machine learning models (accuracy, robustness, and fairness across diverse datasets).
  • Familiarity with AI pipeline testing (data preprocessing, model training, inference and deployment stages).
  • Experience with evaluating AI system outputs for edge cases, bias, explainability, and compliance with ethical guidelines.

Certifications:

  • ISTQB
  • CSTE (preferred)
