Transition at the top of the technology and consulting company DIGITALL: Ivaylo Slavov, current CEO and founder of one of the two predecessor companies, will join the Advisory Board of DIGITALL as of December 1, 2022. Uwe Richter, a seasoned CEO with strong experience in the IT industry, is taking over the top leadership role. This is the next step of a several months structured succession process, during which the top management of DIGITALL led by Ivaylo Slavov as well as the Advisory Board, have set the course for the continuing success of the company in the future.

In his last position, which he held for five years, Uwe Richter served as CEO of STP Informationstechnologie GmbH providing legal-tec software products and services. In his role, Uwe Richter drove STP’s transformation towards a SaaS company. Prior to this, Uwe Richter was CEO of the eurodata Group that develops and operates cloud-based software solutions and IT services, where he played a key role in driving the strategic realignment of the business.

”I am very pleased to be able to bring my experience to DIGITALL in order to accelerate the group`s further strategic expansion. In this context, I find it really important that we support our customers on their path to digitalization with intelligent solutions in the best way possible", commented Uwe Richter. He takes over from Ivaylo Slavov, who will support the company as a member of the Advisory Board in the future. Ivaylo Slavov is the founder of the Bulgarian technology company BULPROS, which merged with the German consulting company ec4u expert consulting last year and has since then been operating under the name DIGITALL.

Ivaylo Slavov comments on the transition: "It was important for me to ensure that the merger between the two companies has been successful and that DIGITALL is well positioned for the future. We have far exceeded this goal thanks to our great team. Now I will hand over the operational day-to-day business to my successor. I am looking forward to working with Uwe Richter in my new role in the Advisory Board, and I am convinced that with him at the helm, DIGITALL is heading towards a very successful future."

Gregor Bieler, Chairman of the Advisory Board of DIGITALL, adds: "We thank Ivaylo Slavov for his excellent work at DIGITALL. He has significantly contributed to the fast establishment of DIGITALL as a new brand on the market and to the high satisfaction of both existing and new customers of the company. I am pleased that he will actively shape DIGITALL’s future as a member of the Advisory Board and support his successor in the best way possible. With Uwe Richter, we gained an experienced professional and an excellent leader. He will fill the CEO role with expertise, business acumen, and entrepreneurial vision, and further expand DIGITALL’s position as a leading provider of digital transformation and cloud experience."
