Elevating Sales Efficiency with a Global CRM Platform
As part of its global digitalization strategy, Semperit decided to introduce a modern CRM system to meet constantly growing market demands and improve sales efficiency in the long term. The aim was to create a central platform that not only standardises sales processes but also enables a unified view of customers across all business units.
After a thorough evaluation process, Semperit selected Salesforce Sales Cloud as its global digital platform and DIGITALL as its implementation partner. In close cooperation, Semperit and DIGITALL developed a customized sales tool based on a global template and taking into account the specific requirements of the different business areas. As a result of the successful implementation, Semperit has been able to create a unified customer view that has significantly increased sales efficiency worldwide and improved transparency within the company.

The entire project, in which the Salesforce platform was implemented remotely, was completed on time within nine months, within budget and to the required quality standards, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. Since then, the platform has been continuously developed and optimized.
