Semperit AG Holding has partnered with DIGITALL to implement a global CRM system that enhances sales efficiency worldwide and supports future digitalization initiatives.

We are delighted to share the success story of our client Semperit, who has successfully implemented a global CRM system, marking a significant step forward in their digital transformation. Semperit partnered with DIGITALL to carry out this ambitious implementation project, which was completed on time and met the highest quality standards. This collaboration demonstrates the strength and commitment of both companies to developing a solution that is effectively transforming Semperit's sales expertise.  

Elevating Sales Efficiency with a Global CRM Platform

As part of its global digitalization strategy, Semperit decided to introduce a modern CRM system to meet constantly growing market demands and improve sales efficiency in the long term. The aim was to create a central platform that not only standardises sales processes but also enables a unified view of customers across all business units.

After a thorough evaluation process, Semperit selected Salesforce Sales Cloud as its global digital platform and DIGITALL as its implementation partner. In close cooperation, Semperit and DIGITALL developed a customized sales tool based on a global template and taking into account the specific requirements of the different business areas. As a result of the successful implementation, Semperit has been able to create a unified customer view that has significantly increased sales efficiency worldwide and improved transparency within the company.

Successful Collaboration Despite the Pandemic

The successful partnership between DIGITALL and Semperit demonstrates how effective communication and solution-oriented collaboration are possible even under challenging conditions such as the pandemic. The entire project, in which the Salesforce platform was implemented remotely, was completed on time within nine months, within budget and to the required quality standards, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. Since then, the platform has been continuously developed and optimized.

Maximizing Value Through Shared Understanding

Gian Arquin, project manager at DIGITALL, emphasizes the importance of close collaboration throughout the project: "As a project manager, I was involved in the project from the beginning and provided the customer with comprehensive support right from the evaluation phase. The structured and close collaboration between the teams was a key success factor, as were the eye-level discussions, which are particularly valuable for our DIGITALL team. “
