Our Sofia hub was abuzz with activity on June 13th and 14th as we hosted the highly anticipated Microsoft Knowledge Days for 2024. This two-day event brought together all our experts from our Microsoft division for a stimulating exchange of industry trends, successful customer projects, and in-depth knowledge sharing around all things Microsoft.
As an official Microsoft Solutions Partner, staying ahead of the curve is paramount. This involves keeping up with the latest technologies, innovations, and trends as well as leveraging cutting-edge solutions and continually adapting to new advancements. Microsoft Knowledge Days, which we hold annually, delivered precisely that—two action-packed days filled with engaging sessions, interactive workshops, and insightful presentations from expert speakers. The event also provided plenty of opportunities for networking and collaboration among our teams.
Day 1: Kicking Off with Keynote, Cutting-Edge Tech, and Customer Success
The first day of the event took place at an offsite location in Sofia and opened with a powerful keynote speech by Lejla Zukic-Krivdic, Microsoft’s Head of Partner Development, Germany. Next on the agenda, we delved into current market trends, customer demand and hot topics like AI and Microsoft Copilot, featuring some of our most knowledgeable Microsoft experts. The sessions also showcased inspiring customer success stories and valuable takeaways from our projects involving Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, Modern Workplace, etc. A key focus area was Cyber Security, where we highlighted how we leverage the power of Microsoft Sentinel to provide robust managed Security Operations Center services to our clients.
Day 2: Interactive Workshops and Deepening Expertise
Day two, hosted at our Sofia hub, and was packed with interactive workshops, hands-on demonstrations, and presentations on diverse Microsoft topics. This dynamic environment fostered exciting discussions and an exchange of ideas, further solidifying our collective expertise in the Microsoft technology landscape.
