DIGITALL runs its own Diversity Circle initiative and Welcome Back to Work campaign.

As a multinational company, DIGITALL stands for individuality and diversity at the workplace. The company is aware that the plurality of backgrounds of its employees belongs to one of its strengths and key for success. In order to further develop in this direction, DIGITALL has recently announced several initiatives to support diversity, such as the DIGITALL Diversity Circle and the DIGITALL Welcome Back to Work campaign. The company also actively promotes diversity by participating in several organizations and networks.

The continuous development of diversity at DIGITALL is supported by the newly founded DIGITALL Diversity Circle, which is meant to raise awareness and address several key topics related to it. In regard to the initiative, Delphine Arvengas, Vice President Retail, Consumer Goods and Luxury and Diversity Circle Lead at DIGITALL, comments: “We want diversity and acceptance in our company. This is why, at DIGITALL, we don’t just talk about diversity, we act. The Diversity Circle members voluntarily support and implement various initiatives to shape an open organizational culture for everyone.”

DIGITALL Diversity Circle focuses on several key areas.

  • Raising awareness of the topic and supporting diversity initiatives such as the Bring Women Back to Work program from Salesforce. In addition, DIGITALL is actively involved in several organizations and networks around diversity. In 2021, DIGITALL was a finalist for the Impact for Diversity Award in the category Family Businesses. 
  • Giving each and everyone equal chances to develop and grow, while taking into account each one’s personal context. For instance, with the DIGITALL campaign Welcome Back to Work, the company wants to give moms a chance to re-start their careers after maternity leave. DIGITALL also supports flexible work models to help everyone accomplish their personal goals.  
  • Promoting role models and mentoring to encourage everyone to speak up and grow.
  • Promoting tolerance, inclusion, and respect for diversity to make sure that everyone feels good within the organization.

DIGITALL is glad that the efforts have already been recognized on the market, providing even more motivation to continue creating a balanced working life for all our people. In September 2021, DIGITALL was named one of the most family-friendly companies in Germany and Austria by Freundin magazine and Europe’s largest employer review platform Kununu. Shortly after this recognition, DIGITALL ranked among the best middle-sized employers for 2021 in Germany in a study by the leading German news magazine Focus.
