As an official member of the Salesforce Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner Program, DIGITALL is being recognized as a strong partner to support customers before, during, and after implementation on their Salesforce journey.
Frankfurt/Germany - February 20, 2023
As a long-time Salesforce partner, DIGITALL is happy to announce that it has joined the newly launched Salesforce Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner Program which recognizes the excellent post-enrollment managed services to DIGITALL's customers that help them unlock the full potential of their Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce launched the MSP Partner Program in 2023, which is designed especially for the cloud and takes advantage of its unique customer engagement models and potential to deliver customer success. The main goal is to help companies find partners in the Salesforce ecosystem that are best suited to support their ongoing needs after implementation and help them maintain and optimize their Salesforce solutions and keep them aligned with their business needs. As an existing Salesforce consulting partner, DIGITALL is eligible for the MSP Partner Program. The recognition inspires the technology company to lead the next phase of innovation and use its years of expertise to deliver post-enrollment activities to Salesforce customers.
By joining the program and becoming a Salesforce Managed Service Provider Partner, DIGITALL is being recognized as a strong managed services provider. Managed services include but are not limited to six categories: Administration Services, Support Services, Release & Change Services, Developer & Integration Services, Analytical Services and AppExchange App Management. In addition, as part of the MSP Partner Program, DIGITALL will receive access to resources, training and tools to further develop its expertise around specific business functions, product areas and industries so it can best serve its customers.
