This is your job:

  • Strategic and operational development of the Microsoft CSP resell business.
  • Active management and consulting of CSP customers.
  • Licensing consulting for end customers and preparation of licensing offers.
  • Stay informed about Microsoft’s sales and marketing campaigns. Align our partner marketing efforts with these campaigns to maximize impact and drive sales.
  • Regular screening of resources from Microsoft, including technical and sales training, marketing materials, and support. Identify and share relevant resources to better serve our customers and drive sales
  • Development of a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with partner marketing and sales.
  • Development of solutions, offers, and campaigns that include licenses.
  • Responsibility for the accounting between Customer, DIGITALL and Microsoft.
  • Ideation for additional support and billing services, opening new revenue streams like bundling Microsoft products with DIGITALL industry-specific solutions, which adds value and increases profitability
  • Implementation of a CSP license and subscription management tool for customers like C3.
  • Active support for sales and partner marketing.
  • Ensuring and coordinating license claiming together with Delivery units
  • Management of the Advanced Support Agreement for partners and the associated and usable partner benefits such as support, consulting, training, etc.
  • End customer support for direct CSP clients
  • Process and use data from the Microsoft Partner Center to identify trends and revenue potential and share with Sales and Delivery which products to promote and how to tailor offers to specific customer segments based on usage data, special offerings and propensity
  • Establish a close relationship with our CSP customers, for regular interactions and a better understanding of their needs to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Microsoft Licensing and Resell, ideally in the CSP environment.
  • Solid knowledge in the development and implementation of GTM strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient English and German skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate with various departments.
