Chief Executive Officer
Ivaylo Slavov is CEO and member of the DIGITALL Advisory Board. Under Ivaylo’s leadership, the technology company is paving its way to becoming a leader in Digital Transformation and Cloud Experience in Europe.
Ivaylo is a successful entrepreneur and corporate executive specialized both in developing start-ups and established organizations. He has more than 30 years of international experience in the fields of information technology, financial services, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing and HR.
Prior to the establishment of DIGITALL, Ivaylo was CEO and founder of BULPROS, one of DIGITALL’s predecessors, recognized as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in prestigious rankings such as Deloitte's "Technology Fast 50 CE" and "Technology Fast 500TM EMEA", Inc. 5000 Europe, Financial Times 1000 Europe etc.
Ivaylo has received numerous recognitions for his entrepreneurial success, including three nominations for the "Top 10 Managers of Bulgaria" and twо audience awards at the "Manager of the Year" contest, organized by the "Manager" magazine and Deloitte. In 2021, he won the special "People's Choice Award" at the "Forbes DNA of Success Awards". Ivaylo is a board member of several business organizations such as AIBEST and AHK and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Burgas Free University. In the past, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of AmCham and co-chairman of the AmCham Digital Economy Committee.
Chief Delivery Officer
Daniel Gehring is Chief Delivery Officer at DIGITALL. He leads the entire delivery organization, manages the overall project management methodology, and implements best practices and high standards to ensure operational excellence in the digitalization journey for all our customers.
Daniel has more than 20 years of experience in the operational management of large technology teams at mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. He holds an extensive track record of supporting organizations in their successful digitalization.
He started his career as an IT consultant and quickly took on strategic technology roles at several high-profile companies. Prior to joining DIGITALL, Daniel spent the last 10 years in leadership roles at well-known brands such as ORSAY, Yum! Restaurants International, etc.
Chief Sales Officer
In his role as Chief Sales Officer, Mario Pufahl manages all sales regions at DIGITALL and is responsible for driving the global sales & bid management. Over the past 17 years, he has been part of the company and has taken on several senior management roles such as Vice President Sales and Chief Sales Officer at ec4u, one of DIGITALL's predecessor companies.
Mario looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the digitalization of sales, marketing and service organizations. He is a recognized expert, lecturer, management consultant and author of numerous articles, studies and books on sales, CRM and sales controlling.
Mario started his career as a CRM business consultant with Ernst & Young and proceeded with leadership roles at top consulting companies such as Capgemini, Horváth & Partners and international players like Johnson & Johnson and E.ON. Living and working in the USA, Great Britain and Norway, he also established himself as a sales expert on an international level.
Chief Strategy Officer
In her role as Chief Strategy Officer, Irina Mavrova is in charge of the Management Cockpit of DIGITALL. The Management Cockpit has a central business management function in the organization, covering the entire value chain. It acts as a steering committee that monitors, analyses, and evaluates the performance of all company areas and provides transparent input and advice on strategic decisions and actions needed. In addition, the Management Cockpit drives the creation and implementation of the DIGITALL business process framework. Irina furthermore collaborates on the development of the company’s strategic plan with the CEO and the rest of the senior leadership.
Before stepping into the position of Chief Strategy Officer at DIGITALL, Irina was Senior Vice President Strategy at the company. Prior to that, she was part of the senior management at BULPROS, one of DIGITALL’s predecessors, where she led the DACH sales organization and successfully steered the extensive growth on the German market. She was also responsible for the management of strategic accounts and the overall development of the customer base and network. Before joining BULPROS, Irina gathered experience in market development and corporate investment banking at a leading French investment bank. Irina holds a Master degree in economics from the University of Mannheim.
Chief Growth Officer
Frédéric Demierre, Chief Growth Officer at DIGITALL, leads all aspects of marketing, industry solutions and strategic alliances with the mission to accelerate DIGITALL’s business growth in the different markets.
Parallel to his duties as CGO, Frédéric is responsible for the management of the company’s branches in Switzerland. Before joining DIGITALL in 2020, he was on various management positions at several companies, where he was in charge of corporate strategy, business development, digital commerce, CRM and marketing. He was a Division Manager at Isobar Switzerland, where he also served as а member of the executive committee isobar DACH and a member of the partner advisory board Salesforce.org EMEA. Prior to that, Frédéric was part of the leadership team at blue-infinity, the biggest Salesforce competency centre in Western Switzerland.
Recognized as a successful entrepreneur and leader, Frédéric is also a pioneer in e-commerce and CRM, having founded and developed several start-up companies in this field.
Chief HR and Supply Chain Officer
As Chief HR and Supply Chain Officer at DIGITALL, Yordan Ginev is responsible for the company’s most valuable asset - its people. Leading HR, talent acquisition, sourcing and locations, his primary goal is to strategically support the recruitment and employee journey in all DIGITALL hubs.
Before being named Chief HR and Supply Chain Officer in 2021, Yordan led the Sales & Support Services division (including current Cloud & Managed Services) at BULPROS, one of DIGITALL’s predecessor companies, where he was also one of the co-founders. Between 2016 and 2020, he was COO at innotec marketing (formerly part of the BULPROS group of companies). Prior to that, Yordan was part of Addeco Bulgaria, where he took on several management positions. He has also served as Member of the Board at the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association.
Yordan is an IT entrepreneur with more than 15 years of international experience managing all levels of service operations with a global footprint in various industries. He has furthermore extensive expertise in successfully transforming global and domestic teams.
Chief Financial Officer
Gotthard Haug is the Chief Financial Officer of DIGITALL, overseeing all company's financial activities. He is responsible for the financial consolidation of the DIGITALL group, forecasting, corporate financial reporting and analysis, treasury, tax, and group compliance. Gotthard plays a key role in DIGITALL’s leadership team, building upon his over 20 years of experience in various finance and general management positions, his deep industry knowledge and his profound business, financial and market insights.
Throughout his career, Gotthard has held senior finance positions in international companies with up to 5,000 employees in the chemical industry, FMCG, retail and IT services in Europe and overseas. The broad international experience and know-how he has acquired over the years spans corporate finance, M&A as well as divestiture. Prior to joining DIGITALL, Gotthard has taken on positions as CEO/CFO/CRO in phases of major change management projects at various companies and has accomplished outstanding results in complex transactions with private equity companies in Europe and the US.
Chief Technology Officer
In his position as Chief Technology Officer, Steffen Deufel leads all aspects of DIGITALL's technology business. He is responsible for overseeing the development of DIGITALL's technology portfolio and for the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation and leveraging new technologies to bring the next generation of digital transformation and cloud experience to customers. Steffen’s areas of responsibility also include managing the Center of Excellence, the MVP communities and the technology circles at DIGITALL.
Prior to that, Steffen was one of the founders and a board member of the consulting company ec4u, one of DIGITALL’s predecessors. There, Steffen was responsible for cloud business and innovation in the area of professional services. Throughout his over 20-year career within the company, he led many successful projects and built strong teams of CRM experts in market-leading technologies. Steffen had a key role in helping ec4u become a prime partner for leading international companies such as Oracle, Microsoft and Salesforce.
Chief Information Officer
As a Chief Information Officer at DIGITALL, Petar defines and manages the company’s internal IT strategy, including all cloud-related infrastructure, enterprise applications, data and security. Furthermore, he oversees all activities related to facility and procurement and guarantees the smooth operation of all systems and compliance with all data regulations.
Prior to DIGITALL, Petar spent over 20 years in the IT and BPO industry taking on various management positions in leading companies such as SAP, Unisys, etc. Between 2010 and 2021, he was Chief Operations Officer at BULPROS, one of DIGITALL’s predecessor companies. Prior to that, Petar was responsible for the outsourcing business unit of Adecco Bulgaria in the position of Outsourcing Services Site Director.
Throughout his career, Petar has led numerous mid to large-scale projects to success in both fast growing entrepreneurial environments and multinational corporations. He has extensive experience in analyzing processes and structures for organizational excellence and productivity enhancement.
