Chief Executive Officer
David D. Laux, CEO of DIGITALL, is responsible for driving the company's global strategy, growth, and execution. With a proven track record of implementing successful practices and keeping up to date on emerging trends and technologies, he has established the value framework and relevant network for sustainable business and growth. David is a respected visionary leader known for his ability to combine growth focus with innovative thinking and a clear commitment to business objectives with a special human touch. His valuable insights and guidance have enabled the company to navigate change, capitalize on new opportunities and position DIGITALL as a leader in different analysts’ and partners’ recognitions.
Before DIGITALL, he co-founded and led ec4u expert consulting ag as CEO, the leading consulting firm for customer management in the DACH market. David also held various management positions, including district manager with Siebel Systems Inc. and Key Account Manager and CRM Manager at nova data AG/entory AG. With a background in business administration and industrial engineering, David has consulted and supported international companies in the telecommunications, banking, insurance, and financial services industry for more than 25 years.
Beyond his work at DIGITALL, David is an active business angel and investor in innovative Startups and serves on the advisory board of several European companies. He has also taught CRM at the University of Cooperative Education in Karlsruhe and authored/co-edited publications such as "CRM goes digital" and "Sales strategies for medium-sized businesses".
David is passionate about golf and cooking. He loves to travel and explore new countries, cultures, and perspectives. His guiding principles are "people follow people" and "a good leader must be a good follower", and that's exactly how he leads DIGITALL with a human-centric leadership approach.
Chief Operating Officer
In his role as Chief Operating Officer at DIGITALL, Yordan Ginev is responsible for both the entire delivery organization and the company’s most valuable asset - its people. Yordan manages the overall project management methodology and implements best practices and high standards to ensure operational excellence in the digitalization journey for all our customers. Parallel to this, he is leading HR, talent acquisition, sourcing and locations with the primary goal of strategically supporting recruitment and employee journey in all DIGITALL hubs.
Before being named Chief Operating Officer at DIGITALL, Yordan was in charge of HR, talent acquisition, sourcing and locations in the role of Chief HR and Supply Chain Officer. Prior to that, he led the Sales & Support Services division at BULPROS, where he was also one of the co-founders. Between 2016 and 2020, he was COO at innotec marketing. Previous to that, Yordan was also part of Addeco Bulgaria, where he took on several management positions. In 2022 he has been elected as a board member of the Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services and Technology (AIBEST).
Yordan is an IT entrepreneur with more than 15 years of international experience managing all levels of service operations with a global footprint in various industries. He has furthermore extensive expertise in successfully transforming global and domestic teams.
Chief Sales Officer
As Chief Sales Officer, Mario Pufahl is in charge of sales as well as alliances and partner marketing at DIGITALL. He manages all sales regions and is responsible for driving global sales & bid management organization. Mario also leads strategic alliances at the company with the mission to accelerate DIGITALL’s business growth in the focused markets. Over the past 17 years, he has been part of the company and has taken on several senior management roles such as Senior Vice President Sales and Chief Sales Officer at ec4u, a leading German CRM consultancy.
Mario looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the digitalization of sales, marketing and service organizations. He is a recognized expert, lecturer, management consultant and author of numerous articles, studies and books on sales, CRM and sales controlling.
Mario started his career as a CRM business consultant with Ernst & Young and proceeded with leadership roles at top consulting companies such as Capgemini, Horváth & Partners and international players like Johnson & Johnson and E.ON. Living and working in the USA, Great Britain and Norway, he also established himself as a sales expert on an international level.
Chief Strategy Officer
In her role as Chief Strategy Officer, Irina Mavrova is in charge of the Management Cockpit of DIGITALL. The Management Cockpit has a central business management function in the organization, covering the entire value chain. It acts as a steering committee that monitors, analyses, and evaluates the performance of all company areas and provides transparent input and advice on strategic decisions and actions needed. In addition, the Management Cockpit drives the creation and implementation of the DIGITALL business process framework. Irina furthermore collaborates on the development of the company’s strategic plan with the CEO and the rest of the senior leadership.
Before stepping into the position of Chief Strategy Officer at DIGITALL, Irina was Senior Vice President Strategy at the company. Prior to that, she was part of the senior management at BULPROS, one of the biggest technology companies in Bulgaria There she led the DACH sales organization and successfully steered the extensive growth on the German market. She was also responsible for the management of strategic accounts and the overall development of the customer base and network. Before this, Irina gathered experience in market development and corporate investment banking at a leading French investment bank. Irina holds a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Mannheim.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at DIGITALL, Boris Tenchev is overseeing all of the company’s financial activities. He is responsible for the overall Financial Operations and Governance of DIGITALL Group, IFRS consolidation, forecasting and business planning, corporate financial reporting & compliance, treasury, taxation, payroll, and control environment.
Boris is a seasoned CFO with more than 20 years of experience in Finance and Corporate governance and strong expertise in managing M&A deals and integrations, IFRS & GAAP compliance & reporting, and risk management. In his career, Boris has been in charge of the financial governance and management of both services and product-centric businesses in a multi-country environment with diverse compliance standards. In 2017, Boris was recognized as CFO of the year by Ernst & Young and Forbes.
Prior to joining DIGITALL, Boris held senior management positions and gained significant experience at some of the most prominent financial audit & advisory Big4 companies. He accomplished outstanding results including several successful cross-border acquisitions and disposals. As a CFO at one of DIGITALL’s predecessor group of companies, Boris has been in the driving seat of 11 M&A projects.
