This is your job:

  • Work on shifts
  • React on critical incidents related to SAP cloud products
  • Configure monitoring environment for constant observability of SAP products
  • Drive problem management process and resolution.
  • Collaborate with different teams on ongoing incidents
  • Monitor incident queues
  • Work on expanding the team portfolio of supported products
  • Participate into implementation of continuous improvement tasks
  • Regularly share knowledge, findings and updates with your teammates
  • Work alongside development on making SAP products more stable and reliable

Your qualifications:

  • Eager to learn more and expand your knowledge of new IT technologies.
  • Fluency in English language is a must
  • Capability to work under pressure
  • Be reliable and take accountability for your work
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical problems
  • Pro-activeness and high degree of self-organized working style
  • Accurately complete tasks with close attention to all aspects of work
  • Be a good team player in an international setup
  • Experience in any of below fields is considered as advantage:
  • SAP Business Technology Platform
  • Cloud technologies IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Cloud Foundry and K8s
  • Monitoring tools
  • Work on customer tickets
