This is your job:

  • Responsible for execution of new customer provisioning.
  • Plan and execute the regular software upgrades and patch upgrades
  • Perform SAP Cloud system application administration and troubleshooting
  • Perform cloud application administration on SAP cloud platform
  • Handle different types of customer requests (user management, certificates, connectivity issues, troubleshooting) as per the agreed SLAs.
  • Coordinate with SAP teams in case of a customer issue or escalation
  • Engage proactively and coordinate escalations during P1 issues
  • Improve and optimize performance of SAP Cloud system resources and platform capabilities
  • Perform regular daily/weekly/monthly activities like activities hand-over, housekeeping etc.
  • Actively drive process improvements (like escalation, provisioning, upgrade etc)
  • Review current architecture and develop plans for improvements based on best practices

Your qualifications:

  • IT infrastructure management experience. ( Linux, Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, Applications)
  • Experience with at least one public cloud provided AWS/Azure
  • Python/Shell scripting knowledge
  • General understanding of the Automation, preferable experience with Jenkins/Concourse
  • Good understanding in network (DNS/TCP/IP) as well as HA and load balancing concepts
  • Skills to analyse and troubleshoot regular operational issues
  • Ability to work in multicultural office environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent English written and spoken
  • Strong customer focus and excellent team player
  • Willingness to work in shifts

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT

  • Ability to present a strong credible technical image to our customers
  • Enjoys collaboration in a team environment as well as working autonomously
