DIGITALL is recognized as a fair and attractive employer by Handelsblatt’s Fair Company 2022 initiative.
Frankfurt, Germany/ Sofia, Bulgaria – August 19, 2022
The largest and best-known employer initiative in Germany, Fair Company, awarded DIGITALL with a Fair Company 2022 badge for its commitment to offering a fair and attractive working environment. This recognition comes after DIGITALL was named one of the Top Medium-sized Employers in Germany 2022 in a ranking by Focus Business Magazine.
The Fair Company initiative was founded in 2004 by Handelsblatt, the biggest business and financial newspaper in German language. As the name suggests, with the Fair Company badge, Handelsblatt honors companies that meet the expectations and values of career starters and young professionals and offer them fair working conditions and environment.
The audit is carried out by the Institute for Employment and Employability and the assessment criteria include work organization, cooperation and leadership, corporate culture and values, commitment to employees, diversity and equal opportunities, fair conduct in the market place, social responsibility and sustainability.
DIGITALL as an employer has performed well in all the above listed categories and has therefore been recognized as a Fair Company 2022. The badge from Handelsblatt stands for the fact that at DIGITALL, young employees find fair conditions in all areas such as personnel development, compensation and career paths, work-life balance, etc.
“We are both happy and proud to receive this recognition from Handelsblatt for our long-term commitment to creating a fair working environment for our young talents. At DIGITALL, we believe that the heart of our success are our DIGITALL people and are building our culture around excellence, inspiring teamwork, and the continuous development of our bright minds” comments Yordan Ginev, Chief HR and Supply Chain Officer of DIGITALL.
DIGITALL has already received several employer awards and ranks among the best middle-sized employers in Germany and the most family-friendly companies in Germany and Austria. In 2021, the company received two awards for its Young Talents Program and was recognized as a company offering both top training conditions and top training opportunities for young talents.
