This is your job:

  • Manage and optimize enterprise endpoint platformsusing Microsoft Intune and SCCM (ConfigMgr) in a co-managed environment
  • Administer device lifecycle management, including provisioning (Windows Autopilot), configuration, patching, and compliance
  • Deploy and maintain application delivery strategiesacross Intune and SCCM
  • Implement security and compliance policies, ensuring alignment with modern endpoint security standards
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Intune proactive remediations
  • Support rapid patching cyclesand vulnerability remediation across global endpoints
  • Manage Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)and hybrid/cloud integrations
  • Perform driver and hardware lifecycle managementacross OEM platforms (Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
  • Collaborate with global IT teams, service desks, and vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Maintain operational documentation, reporting, and KPI tracking aligned with enterprise ITIL processes
  • Participate in on-call support rotationand critical incident response

Your qualifications:
