Dynamics 365 Senior Business Analyst

This is your job:

  • Advice on a CRM vision and roadmap based on added value to the client’s business strategy
  • Advising the customer on possible uses of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to optimize business processes
  • Moderate Envisioning Workshops to ensure future value add of the platform for the client
  • Support and advice for the Product Owner and Stakeholder of the client
  • Documentation of the processes and the proposal for the functional solution architecture
  • Taking care of the right user adoption concepts incl. Change Management and Training
  • Presentation of the functional and technical requirements to the customer
  • Link between the department and the project/development team
  • Facilitation, implementation and documentation of requirements workshops
  • Advice on setting up the backlog for (technical) work packages
  • Configuration & light Customizations of the System

Your qualifications:

  • 4-5 years practical working experience
  • Knowledge of the following modules is an advantage: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Insights Journeys, Customer Service, Sales, Field Service), Contact Center Power Platform Configuration & Implementation Microsoft Dynamics/ Power Platform certification is an advantage
  • Knowledge in GenAI & Copilot is an advantage
  • Requirement Engineering (certification is an advantage)
  • Product Backlog Management (DevOps, Jira)
  • Agile project methodology
  • Ability to deal with conflict and goal-oriented communication (in German and English)
  • Process thinking
  • Moderation skills
  • Management of the customer on business process owners
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Clear and simple communication of relevant technical details
  • High degree of self-organization
  • Structured approach and flexibility
