FOCUS magazine features DIGITALL in its recommendation list of best medium-sized employers in Germany.

In its Business-edition, the leading German news magazine Focus ranks DIGITALL among the best middle-sized employers for 2021 in Germany. In a comprehensive study, the magazine identified 4,000 small and medium-sized companies that received the highest scores from their employees based on a number of satisfaction factors. This recognition as a top employer comes for DIGITALL shortly after being named as one of the most family-friendly employers in Germany and Austria by the women’s magazine freundin and Europe’s largest employer review platform kununu.
Focus-Business is a thematic issue that features the top performing companies rated on their quality as employers, growth and competitiveness in their industry. The Focus study of middle-sized employers covered 950.000 organizations listed on kununu, which were evaluated based on their rating there and various criteria that contribute to the overall well-being of employees.
In addition to the magazine issue, Focus publishes a list of recommended employers on its website, where DIGITALL (formerly ec4u) is ranked 11th in the Consulting sector and 55th across all industries. The list is designed to help companies and job seekers find the best employers in a certain sector in their area.
