At the DIGITALL booth, interested students will be able to get information about DIGITALL’s portfolio and the diverse training and career development opportunities at the company. The offers are especially attractive to those in bachelor or master’s degree programs in the fields of IT, business informatics or business administration in IT. Besides all other options, DIGITALL offers also dual studies programs to students who have an interest in information technology and consulting. Additionally, juniors have the possibility of doing a business apprenticeship at the company.
“Within our Young Talents program, we offer juniors a wide range of exciting internships, working student positions, opportunities to write their bachelor’s or master’s thesis. Furthermore, we offer graduates the opportunity to start their career in various positions in the IT sector,” explains Sarah Brüning, Director Human Resources at DIGITALL. “We place a strong emphasis on hands-on learning so that pupils and students can gain interesting and valuable experience and insights into the everyday working life. In order to expand their personal and professional skills, we gradually increase their responsibilities in their teams and at the company.
For DIGITALL, the on-site presence at the career fairs is of key importance in order to demonstrate how diverse an IT career can be. The return to physical events is perfect to start conversations with the students.
“Our young talents play an integral role in the success of DIGITALL,” comments Sarah Brüning. “They provide completely new ideas and energy to the company, which are fundamental for us as a leader in Digital Transformation & Cloud Experience. At the fairs, we have the possibility to show that an IT career can be incredibly diverse. It never gets boring, since there are so many exciting projects and customers from different countries and industries. Moreover, the career opportunities in the sector are not a one-way street either, as they offer a lot of flexibility for personal growth.”
The technology and business consulting company DIGITALL is often ranked among the best employers in the ICT industry in Germany and in other countries. Recently, the company received two awards by the influential business newspaper Handelsblatt for its Young Talents Program in two categories, “Top training conditions for young talents” and “Top training opportunities for young talents”. In 2021, DIGITALL was named one of the most family-friendly companies in Germany and Austria by freundin magazine and Europe’s largest employer review platform kununu. The title was based on evaluations by employees and applicants.
