DIGITALL is recognized as a company offering both top training conditions and top training opportunities for young talents.
Cologne, Germany, November 2021
In October 2021, DIGITALL was granted two awards by the influential business newspaper Handelsblatt for its Young Talents Program. An extensive survey on talent development ranked DIGITALL among the best companies in Germany in two categories, “Top training conditions for young talents” and “Top training opportunities for young talents”.
In 2021, the German business newspaper Handelsblatt in cooperation with the research company SWI Finance conducted a comprehensive survey among companies on the training conditions and opportunities for young talents. The survey results were published in Handelsblatt’s October print edition and online on the Handelsblatt website.
More than 2400 organizations took part in the survey. Awards were given only to those companies that achieved at least 70 out of a maximum of 100 points, which accounts for less than 10 % of all participating companies. In the end, 162 organizations were awarded in the category “Top training conditions for young talents” and only 69 in the category “Top training opportunities for young talents”. Thanks to its high scores, DIGITALL ranked among the winners in both categories.
Christoph Schmidt, Vice President Human Resources & Recruiting at DIGITALL, comments: “We are delighted to receive this recognition of our long-term commitment to creating excellent training conditions and growth opportunities for our young talents at DIGITALL.”
DIGITALL has a well-established Young Talents program aimed at providing the best support and a professional development environment for juniors such as interns, students etc. Within the program, the company offers internships, dual studies, apprenticeships, working student positions as well as the opportunity to write a master thesis in collaboration with the company. Besides learning from their work experience and involvement in real projects, DIGITALL’s young talents can also build on their expertise by joining knowledge-sharing sessions.
So far, up to 20% of DIGITALL’s employees in Germany are young talents before job-entry level. Over the years, this option for a career start has turned into a great win-win situation for both sides, DIGITALL and the young professionals.
