Data Analyst

SCOPE OF WORK

Supporting the organizations roll out and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to meet business needs. With guidance, this role identifies opportunities for AI technology application, optimizes existing models, and integrates AI technologies into current workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Designing and executing data solutions that support business decision making, optimize data flows and provide insights on business problems and oportunities.

• Plan and oversee the implementation of data automation workflows, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, to streamline data collection, integration, and transformation from diverse sources
• Apply junior-to-mid level AI and data science techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, clustering, classification) to enhance data insights and support advanced analytics use cases
• Engage in productive discussions with product owners and data scientists regarding AI use cases and prevalent AI models
• Effectively utilize existing Large Language Model solutions for optimization of business processes, data discovery and insights and integration of AI-powered features within data visualization solutions
• Work with Product and Business Owners to plan feasible and scalable solutions around best practices in data visualization, automation, and AI-driven analytics
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other technologies to support business decision-making across the company.
• Maintain a portfolio of approx. 20 PowerBI reports currently in production
• Document solution architectures, workflows, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and solution adoption.
• Demonstrate experience with agile value delivery frameworks
• Automated data pipelines and ETL processes that ensure timely and accurate data availability under efficient collaboration with other technical teams
• Actionable advice on AI and data science techniques and their application to identified user cases
• Prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate the feasibility of data and AI solutions and their alignment to business needs
• Working data, ML and generative AI solutions that meet their done criteria and deliver the intended outcomes on time
• High-quality, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements
• Timely updates and maintenance of existing solutions to ensure continued operation and performance
• Attend scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient communication and collaboration with delivery teams
• Participate in meetings with service providers to ensure efficient hand-offs
