We at DIGITALL Nature constantly work and contribute to our Group’s sustainable development. To do it in a professional manner, back in 2011 we started the creation of our Quality Management System. Since then, we have expanded our Integrated Management System (IMS) and have it certified to several international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 20001 and ISO/IEC 27001.
Maintaining and continuously improving our IMS helps us to comply with the ever-evolving industry, legal and contractual obligations and makes us a trustful partner and service provider.
The Quality Management System (QMS) is the first system that was implemented in DIGITALL back in 2011. It allowed us to create a very good fundament of internal standards and processes and brought us many benefits such as increased visibility and competitiveness, a greater orientation of all functions towards the result and a focus on internal and external customers. The QMS also helped DIGITALL to maintain a high level of quality, improve operational consistency and become a stable company and trusted partner.
In 2017, DIGITALL implemented Environmental Management System (EMS) and certified it to ISO 14001:2015. The effective operation of the EMS is a guarantee that environmental impacts at DIGITALL are being monitored, measured, and improved. It also supports environmental improvement programs to drive internal change and meet external and regulatory requirements. The EMS makes DIGITALL activities more sustainable from energy consumption to emissions and waste generation and communicates environmental performance transparently to all stakeholders.
DIGITALL continued to grow its Integrated Management System (IMS). To bring its services to industry standard level, in 2019 DIGITALL implemented and certified to ISO 20000-1:2018 a new Service Management System (SMS). This new management system ensures the consistent management of service portfolio and delivery of its services throughout their complete lifecycle. The certification of the SMS attests the efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers from the services offered by DIGITALL.
Considering the crucial role of information protection for every organization, in 2016, DIGITALL implemented and certified its Information Security Management System (ISMS) to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013. In compliance with the standard, the DIGITALL ISMS ensured a proper level of protection in terms of confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the information, as well as the data of customers, partners and third parties. DIGITALL continuously improves its ISMS to ensure its effectiveness against new cyber threats and to position itself as a trusted service provider.
