Description of the role

Your responsibility:

  • Representation of DIGITALL towards customers and our partners
  • Contact and network maintenance with Salesforce as well as with new & existing customers
  • Generating new business, initiating business as well as placing the DIGITALL portfolio with new & existing customers
  • Key account management and expansion of the business with the existing customers to be supported
  • Design and creation of offers
  • Cooperation with our partners in market development
  • Design, organization, and realization of events for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention

Required qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in (key account) sales
  • Network with customers (ideally from the retail, life science, construction, manufacturing or automotive industries) and our partners Salesforce is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM and the whole Salesforce platform
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills
  • Salesforce Trailhead Rank > Adventurer is a plus
