Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Consultant to join our Managed Services team, focusing primarily on our existing customers in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to Salesforce development sprints, ensuring timely and effective implementation of solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Engage in the development, customization, and extension of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Interface directly with clients through email and meetings to discuss operational issues, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.
  • Employ advanced troubleshooting techniques to address complex issues within Salesforce environments.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and deliver solutions that are clear, effective, and creatively communicated.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to enhance customer experience and achieve collective goals.
  • Drive the establishment and optimization of business processes for clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, particularly in configuration and process implementation in Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud. Marketing Cloud expertise is a plus.
  • Strong foundation in application development using Salesforce DX and APEX, as well as experience in developing Aura and LWC components.
  • Familiarity with GIT and adept at Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions.
  • High self-motivation with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
