Description of the role:

  • You act as the primary contact person for our important customers
  • You will help our customers to ensure stable operation and constant further development of their systems
  • You are the person responsible for the customer for the implementation of medium-sized changes or small projects.
  • You are the connection between the customer and the service agents who are responsible for the technical implementation.
  • You present the implemented technical requirements to the customer.
  • You advise on a CRM vision and on possible uses of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to optimize business processes during the operation
  • Together with your colleagues, you will support our customers in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Needed qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the following modules is an advantage: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Marketing, Customer Service, Sales) Power Platform Configuration & Implementation
  • Requirement Engineering
  • Backlog structure (DevOps, Jira)
  • Agile project methodology
  • Process Visualization Knowledge
  • Ability to deal with conflict and goal-oriented communication (in German and English)
  • Process thinking
  • Moderation skills
  • Management of the customer
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Clear and simple communication of relevant technical details
  • High degree of self-organization
