Description of the role

  • We are looking for technical consultants in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support our team in Germany
  • This position is characterized by a very good work-life balance (no travel required) as well as the following exciting points:
  • Innovative and future-oriented topics in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Use of the latest building blocks of the Microsoft cloud platform
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, PowerBI, Azure Services

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will help our customers to ensure stable operation and constant further development of their systems
  • Together with your colleagues, you will support our customers in troubleshooting and problem-solving in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • In dynamic customer systems, you will optimize the processes and support the planning, testing, and execution of application-related changes
  • You will develop, adapt, and extend applications based on Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • You will coordinate and plan your daily tasks independently

Needed qualifications

  • Course of studies related to IT or completed training in the field of computer science
  • At least three years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Practical experience in the development of .NET and programming software or interfaces
  • Good knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and associated tools
  • Business fluency in English
  • Business fluency in German would be appreciated but is not necessary
