Your Mission with Us:

As a Business Development Representative, you are at the core of our business strategy. Your role involves opening up new business opportunities in the DACH region and making a significant contribution to the sale of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Close Cooperation with Regional Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with our regional sales teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Presenting Our Solutions: Effectively communicate and present our innovative solutions to potential customers.
  • Long-term Customer Loyalty and Care: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Active Networking and Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, actively network, and conduct market research to identify potential leads.
  • Regular Reporting on Sales Activities: Provide detailed and timely reports on sales activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have prior experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Education in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
