Main responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support on a broad range of HR matters;
  • Drafting labor contracts, annexes, and related documentation;
  • Administering vacation requests and vacation entitlements as well as tracking sick leave;
  • Triggering onboarding and off-boarding of employees;
  • Administering fringe benefits;
  • Compiles data for analysis and reporting;

Role requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position of at least 1 year
  • Very good level of English language knowledge;
  • University degree;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office;
  • Attention to detail and a good level of accuracy;
  • Can-do attitude;
