This is your job:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data solutions using Azure Data services.
  • Develop and maintain data models, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Administration, designing, and implementation using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other relevant tools.
  • Administration, implementations and management of data storage solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, Machine Learning and other Azure data storage services.
  • Set up monitoring solutions for data pipelines and storage to ensure system reliability
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and troubleshooting.

Your qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Azure services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, ML, Azure SQL Database, and other relevant Azure services.
  • Experience in scripting, auditing, reliability and monitoring optimization.
  • Basic skills in PySpark, SQL or Python is desirable.
  • PowerShell Scripting skills for extracting data from Azure APIs
  • Proven experience administering and implementing changes in Windows Server environments (e.g., Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
  • Experience with change management processes and best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
